Additionally, we organise surfcamps and multi-day tours.

The tour price includes transportation, a professional guide, and entry fees to parks or attractions. Additionally, you can opt to include meals at a very affordable rate, so you won’t have to worry about anything during your adventure.
Our tours depart from convenient central locations: 22 Albert St in Brisbane and 14 Beach Rd in Gold Coast. For private tours, we offer pickup from your preferred location within the region.
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, a hat, sunscreen, water, and a camera. Depending on the tour, you might also want to bring swimwear, hiking shoes, or a rain jacket. Check the specific tour details for any additional recommendations.
Our regular tours are designed for individuals aged 16 and above. However, we can accommodate all ages for private tours, adapting to the group’s needs.
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility while also ensuring the smooth operation of our tours. Here are our policies regarding cancellations and reschedules:
Cancellations
- 72 hours or more in advance: If you cancel your tour with at least 3 days’ notice, there is no cancellation fee, and you will receive a full refund.
- Between 72 and 24 hours in advance: If you cancel your tour between 24 and 72 hours before the tour starts, a cancellation fee of $60 per ticket will apply.
- Less than 24 hours in advance: If you cancel your tour with less than 24 hours’ notice, no refund will be given.
Reschedules
- First reschedule (48 hours or more in advance): You can reschedule your tour for free if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This fee waiver applies only to the first reschedule.
- Less than 48 hours in advance or subsequent reschedules: If you reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or if it is your second or subsequent reschedule, a fee of $40 per ticket will apply.
- No cancellation after reschedule: Once a ticket has been rescheduled, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Paradise Tours operates rain or shine! Our tours are designed to be enjoyable in various weather conditions, and we are fully prepared for inclement weather. Rain is not considered a valid reason for cancellation by guests, as it often adds a unique and memorable dimension to the tour experience.
In certain circumstances, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other ‘force majeure’ events, Paradise Tours may need to cancel a tour for safety reasons. In such cases, guests will be offered the choice between rescheduling for a later date, subject to availability, or receiving credit towards future tours.
Guests who are unable to participate in a tour due to documented medical reasons may be eligible for a partial refund or credit towards future tours, at the discretion of Paradise Tours. Documentation, such as a medical certificate, may be required.
Our tours are available in both Spanish and English, thanks to our bilingual guides.
Our regular tours accommodate up to 11 people, ensuring a close and incredible experience. For private tours, we can handle groups of up to 60 people.
