Welcome to Paradise Tours. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a tour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.2. Tour Booking and Payment
- Tours must be booked in advance through our website or authorized agents.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- We accept various payment methods as listed on our website.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
To ensure the highest level of service and planning for all our guests, Paradise Tours adheres to the following cancellation policy:3.1. Cancellation Timeline and Fees on Tours
- 72 hours or more prior to tour start date: If you cancel your tour with at least 3 days’ notice, there is no cancellation fee, and you will receive a full refund.
- Between 72 and 24 hours prior to tour start date: If you cancel your tour between 24 and 72 hours before the tour starts, a cancellation fee of $60 per ticket will apply.
- Less than 24 hours prior to tour start date: If you cancel your tour with less than 24 hours’ notice, no refund will be given.
3.2. Cancellation Timeline and Fees on Surf camps
- 14 days or more prior to tour start date: If you cancel your spot with at least 14 days’ notice, a cancellation fee of $30 per ticket will apply.
- Between 14 and 8 days prior to tour start date: If you cancel your surf camp between 14 and 8 days before the tour starts, a cancellation fee of $60 per ticket will apply.
- 7 days in advance or less: If you cancel your spot with 7 days’ notice or less, no refund will be given.
- Ticket name change: Name changes are allowed up to 2 days before the start of the surf camp, and they don’t incur any extra fee.
3.3. Reschedules
- First reschedule (48 hours or more in advance): You can reschedule your tour for free if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This fee waiver applies only to the first reschedule.
- Less than 48 hours in advance or subsequent reschedules: If you reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or if it is your second or subsequent reschedule, a fee of $40 per ticket will apply.
- No cancellation after reschedule: Once a ticket has been rescheduled, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
- No reschedules available on surf camps
3.4. Special Circumstances
- Rain or Inclement Weather: Our tours operate rain or shine, and rain is not considered a valid reason for cancellation. However, in certain circumstances, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other ‘force majeure’ events, Paradise Tours may need to cancel a tour for safety reasons. In such cases, guests will be offered the option to reschedule for a later date or receive credit towards future tours.
- Medical Reasons: Guests who are unable to participate in a tour due to documented medical reasons may be eligible for a partial refund or credit towards future tours, at the discretion of Paradise Tours. Documentation, such as a medical certificate, may be required.
4. Tour Alterations
Paradise Tours reserves the right to alter itineraries or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to keep changes to a minimum and to provide equivalent alternatives.5. Health and Safety
Guest Guidelines:- Follow the guide’s instructions at all times and wear the provided safety gear during activities.
- Stay hydrated and respect the natural environment and wildlife.
- Do not stray from the group, disturb wildlife, leave litter, or engage in any behavior that might endanger yourself or others.
- Fitness Level: Our activities are designed to be enjoyable for participants of various fitness levels.
- Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements when booking so we can accommodate your needs.
- Age Requirement: Only individuals aged 16 years or older can attend our regular tours, and every person under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
6. Liability
- Paradise Tours is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred during the tour, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Disclaimer: Paradise Tours is not responsible for incidents that may occur during free time. Anyone swimming does so at their own risk.
