We offer convenient pick-up from any location in Brisbane or the Gold Coast.
We require reservations to be made at least 15 days in advance to ensure availability and proper planning.
Confirmation of your private tour can take up to 48 hours after the reservation is made. We will notify you as soon as your booking is confirmed.
Our private tours accommodate groups ranging from 7 to 60 people.
You can reserve a tour for 7-11 guests, 12-24 guests, or 25-60 guests. Once your booking is confirmed, you cannot change the range, but you can adjust the exact number of guests within that range up to 3 days before the tour.
Yes, a deposit of 20% of the total cost is required to secure your booking. The minimum deposit amount is $400.
The total payment must be made at least 3 days before the tour date.
In case of rescheduling or cancellation, $200 will be deducted from the deposit if you notify us at least 3 days in advance. If you notify us with less than 3 days’ notice, the deposit will not be refunded.

Our regular tours are designed for individuals aged 16 and above. However, we can accommodate all ages for private tours, adapting to the group’s needs.

Absolutely! You can choose from our predefined tours or create a completely personalised itinerary to suit your group’s interests and needs.
