Purling Brook Falls

Continue your adventure with a short walk to the Purling Brook Falls Lookouts. These dramatic viewpoints offer breathtaking views over the rainforest gorge and the powerful Purling Brook Falls as it plunges into the ancient caldera below—an ideal spot for photos and to appreciate the park’s incredible scale.

Canyon Lookout

Pause at Canyon Lookout, a breathtaking viewpoint perched high above the rainforest. Enjoy sweeping views over deep valleys and the ancient landscape of Springbrook—a perfect spot for photos and to appreciate the vastness of the Gondwana rainforest.

Twin Falls Circuit (including Rainbow Falls and Tamarramai Falls)

The Twin Falls Circuit is a 2 km loop that takes around 1.5 hours to complete. This stunning walk winds through lush rainforest, behind Twin Falls and the enchanting Rainbow Falls, and includes a detour to the secluded Tamarramai Falls, a hidden gem along the trail.

Bilbrough Falls (Goomoolahra Falls)

Enjoy a brief stop at Bilbrough Falls, a tranquil cascade surrounded by tropical vegetation and often alive with birdsong—an easy, picturesque spot to relax and take in the rainforest atmosphere.

Natural Bridge Circuit

Discover the enchanting Natural Bridge, a rock arch formed by the force of water over millions of years. The Natural Bridge Circuit is a 1 km walk that takes about 30–45 minutes, offering a magical experience as you witness a waterfall plunging through the roof of a cave—one of Springbrook’s most iconic sights.

• Twin Falls Circuit (incl. Rainbow Falls) 2 km loop | Approx. 1.5 hours Grade 3 – Narrow sections and short climbs. Expect natural steps and slippery surfaces. Elevation gain: 140 m
• Natural Bridge Circuit 1 km loop | Approx. 45 minutes Grade 2 – Sealed path with steps and mild gradients. Elevation gain: 36 m

• Lunch: Bring your own or grab something tasty in town.
• Comfortable clothes: Light layers for changing weather.
• Sun protection: Sunscreen, hat and sunglasses are a must.
• Water bottle: Refillable, to stay hydrated.
• Walking shoes: Comfortable footwear for exploring.
• Camera or smartphone: Capture your favourite moments.
• Rain jacket or umbrella: In case of showers.
• Medication: Don’t forget any personal medicines.

Guest Guidelines

• Follow your guide’s instructions at all times and use any provided safety gear during activities.
• Stay hydrated, wear sun protection, and respect wildlife and natural surroundings.
• Remain with the group, avoid disturbing wildlife, do not litter, and avoid any activities that could pose a risk to yourself or others.

Health and Fitness

• Fitness Level: Our tours accommodate various fitness levels, but please ensure you feel comfortable participating in outdoor activities.
• Medical Conditions: Inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements when booking so we can best support your needs.

Age Requirements

• Minors under 18 years must always be accompanied by an adult.

Beach Safety

• Swim between the flags: Always swim between the designated red and yellow flags monitored by lifeguards.
• Swimming activities are done at your own risk, so please stay alert to beach conditions and lifeguard instructions.

Accessibility

• Our regular tours are not suitable for guests with reduced mobility, but please contact us directly for private tour options tailored to your needs.

• More than 24 hours before the tour: ✅ Full refund, no questions asked.
• Less than 24 hours before the tour: ❌ No refund available, unless Trip Protection was purchased.

Trip Protection (optional)

For extra flexibility, you can add Trip Protection (15% of your ticket price) at checkout, which includes:

• ✅ Full refund if you cancel up to 1 hour before departure (any reason).
• ✅ Free rescheduling up to 1 hour before departure (subject to availability).
• ℹ️ Trip Protection can be used once per booking and is non-refundable.

Special Circumstances

• Rain or Weather Conditions: Tours run rain or shine. Rain isn’t a valid reason for cancellation. If severe weather or other uncontrollable events (“force majeure”) require Paradise Tours to cancel, you’ll be offered an alternative date or credit for future tours.
• Medical Issues: If you’re unable to join due to documented medical reasons, you may be eligible for a partial refund or tour credit. Supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate) may be required.
