Restrictions
- Age Requirement: Only individuals aged 18 years or older can attend our surf camps.

- While we cannot accommodate individuals with reduced mobility during our regular tours or surf camps, you can contact us for other options.

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility while also ensuring the smooth operation of our surf camps. Here are our policies regarding cancellations:
Cancellations
- 14 days or more in advance: If you cancel your spot with at least 14 days’ notice, a cancellation fee of $30 per ticket will apply.
- Between 14 and 7 days in advance: If you cancel your spot between 14 and 8 days before the surf camp, a cancellation fee of $60 per ticket will apply.
- 7 days in advance or less: If you cancel your spot with 7 days’ notice or less, no refund will be given.
- Ticket name change: Name changes are allowed up to 2 days before the start of the surf camp.
Rain or inclement weather is not a valid reason for cancellation, as it often adds a unique and memorable dimension to the experience. However, in certain circumstances, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other ‘force majeure’ events, Paradise Tours may need to cancel a surf camp for safety reasons.

Yes, there is an option to join the surf camp without accommodation. This package still includes transportation, surf lessons, and all the included activities.
Our surf camp is designed for individuals aged 18 and above. However, we can accommodate all ages for private tours, tailoring the experience to meet your group’s needs.
Our surf camps accommodate up to 24 people, ensuring a close and incredible experience. For private tours, we can handle groups of up to 60 people.
If you cancel 14 days or more in advance, there is a $30 cancellation fee. For cancellations made between 14 and 8 days before the surf camp, a $60 cancellation fee applies. No refund is given for cancellations made 7 days or less in advance. However, you can change the ticket name up to 2 days before the surf camp starts to avoid any fee.
