- Portable battery or USB cable: Bring a portable battery or a USB cable to charge your devices, as the accommodation only has USB connections.
- Bath towel, shampoo, and shower gel: Bring a bath towel and personal toiletries (shampoo and shower gel) for showering.
- Comfortable clothing: Dress in light, breathable clothing suitable for outdoor activities. Layering is advisable to accommodate changes in weather.
- Swimwear and towel: Necessary for beach time.
- Sun protection: Protect yourself from the strong Australian sun by applying high SPF sunscreen, and wearing a wide-brimmed hat and UV-protective sunglasses.
- Water bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the day by bringing a refillable water bottle.

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility while also ensuring the smooth operation of our trips. Here are our policies regarding cancellations:
Cancellations
- 14 days or more in advance: If you cancel your spot with at least 14 days’ notice, a cancellation fee of $30 per ticket will apply.
- Between 14 and 7 days in advance: If you cancel your spot between 14 and 8 days before the trip, a cancellation fee of $60 per ticket will apply.
- 7 days in advance or less: If you cancel your spot with 7 days’ notice or less, no refund will be given.
- Ticket name change: Name changes are allowed up to 2 days before the start of the trip.
Rain or inclement weather is not a valid reason for cancellation, as it often adds a unique and memorable dimension to the experience. However, in certain circumstances, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other ‘force majeure’ events, Paradise Tours may need to cancel a trip for safety reasons.

The surf camp includes transportation from Gold Coast or Brisbane, one night of accommodation at Aquarius Hostel in Byron Bay, two surf lessons (each 2 hours long), visits to Cape Byron Lighthouse and The Farm, and free tour photos. Optional BBQ dinner is also available.
The surf camp spans 2 days and 1 nights in Byron Bay, offering plenty of time to explore the area, enjoy the beach, and take part in surf lessons.
Meals are not included in the surf camp package, but you can add one optional BBQ dinner for an additional cost. Breakfasts and other meals are not included.
Our surf camps are conducted in Spanish and English.
You should bring comfortable clothing, swimwear, sunscreen, a towel, and any personal items you need for the weekend. Surf equipment for lessons is provided.
Yes, the surf camp is suitable for all levels, including beginners. Expert instructors will guide you through the lessons.
Accommodation is provided at Aquarius Hostel, centrally located in Byron Bay. The hostel offers a comfortable and social environment, perfect for a weekend getaway.
Yes, there is an option to join the surf camp without accommodation. This package still includes transportation, surf lessons, and all the included activities.
Our surf camp is designed for individuals aged 18 and above. However, we can accommodate all ages for private tours, tailoring the experience to meet your group’s needs.
Our surf camps accommodate up to 24 people, ensuring a close and incredible experience. For private tours, we can handle groups of up to 60 people.
If you cancel 14 days or more in advance, there is a $30 cancellation fee. For cancellations made between 14 and 8 days before the surf camp, a $60 cancellation fee applies. No refund is given for cancellations made 7 days or less in advance. However, you can change the ticket name up to 2 days before the surf camp starts to avoid any fee.
